Probably Chibnall, because he was both boring and daft. Moffat at least infuriated me every five minutes with his obscene arrogance.

It's not about who I hate, but Chibnall was someone who should never have been showrunner. At least there were good RTD/Moffat episodes. Also the nicknames you gave them in the poll are juvenile and insulting.

Chinballs might have the mestasisation of everything wrong with New Who, but Fathead was the one who started the rot from the very beginning. He never had any intention of making Doctor Who, just HIS idea of it. Which was shit.

As for me: Chibnall is the most inept as a showrunner, but I actively dislike Davies the most as a person. If I were voting in terms of immediate accumulative writing quality, Chibnall. However, in terms of cumulative damage done to the series as a whole (indicated by NuWho's inability to evolve whatsoever), coupled with one's unfettered ego and self-righteousness, Davies wins by a landslide.

Chibbs was just shit. Moffat was high on his own farts and got himself in trouble. RTD poisoned nuwho at it's inception and is acting as the shows personal executioner.
All I hope is that this finally acts as the swing of the executioner's axes this era needs, and maybe, just maybe, it will finally wise up the BBC to the fact that the Fitzroy Gang shouldn't have their sweaty mitts on the show anymore. If not that, let it be off the air long enough for them to be too old or dead to ever interfere again.
