On her head? Or do you mean armpits? Pubic hair? (it WAS the 80's!) etc Her arse hairs of course. If they weren't permed then she just wasn't 80's enough.

I think I'm going to be sick LOL. I tried shaving the hairs around my arse crack once but I was afraid I might cut myself down there so I gave up.

I've moved this thread to the bollocks section just so people can talk about unpopular opinions not relating to DW as well. Anyway, I'd like to confess that I do find Robyn Lively to be more attractive than Elisabeth Shue now. I'd also go as far as to say she's the most beautiful girl in the whole KK/CK series. I love Elisabeth Shue and I know many would say she's one of the hottest blondes of the 1980s, but Robyn just seems to do it for me these days. Sorry Liz.

Things that popped into my head, as I was thinking of something to type.
Not exactly an unpopular opinion, but I am not convinced of multiverse theory or at least not in the way most people interpret what the multiverse means. I understand the science that points to it's possibility, and agree that yes it's possible, but is not conclusive proof that other realities exist and could turn out to be an aspect of our own that we have yet to understand. This is of course based on what I last read on the subject. Again I'm not saying it's not possible but that we have barely scratched the surface of that line of research and what it means. To many jump to immediate conclusions of what it might mean, rather then waiting for it's facts to be revealed.
Likewise I generally don't agree that the multiverse is a never ending cavalcade of alternate version of our universe with greater or lesser changes if it exists. Again, not because it's not possible, but because of what we see in our world. In fiction we have filled the universe with all manner of alien life, yet sadly reality has so far fallen short of that grand ideal. No alien life been publicly documented in the observable universe at this point, strongly hinting that life is rare in our neck of the universe. While I do believe life likely exists out there in the infinite void, sadly at this point the dreams of star trek, star wars and doctor who are just that. Dreams. With that in mind, why would the multiverse, if it exists, be any different? Why should there be infinite versions of yourself leading similar and different lives? What if it turns out that you really are the only you there is. That there is no Ace-you running around like a super hero or Rimmer-you living a life so shit it's a wonder he's not dead yet, just you. A single being who had the luck of being born a human in this reality.
Please note that I'm not saying that I'm right about any of this. It's just see so many people talking about this topic in a way that makes out our fictional multiverses are going to be real, when we actually know practically nothing about the subject.

Why should there be infinite versions of yourself leading similar and different lives? This was originally a point made to prove the supposed infinitude of the multiverse; that literally every possible universal reality could exist, including exceedingly minor variations of the one we inhabit. This is not necessarily a prescribed or particularly ordered aspect of the supposed multiverse, but merely a rather ironical aphorism that points out both the infinite possibility and obvious absurdity of such a notion. People took it a little too literally and now it's basically impossible to watch a "multiverse movie" without the whole "different version of our reality" thing cropping up, when really that wouldn't be the case; there wouldn't be different "realities" or versions thereof. Instead, each universe would begin naturally with a handful of particles and develop of its own accord and whims; the "parallel universe" thing only illustrates the apparent propensity of infinity to yield a vast array of results such that every possibility one can imagine will be fulfilled somehow or somewhere (think monkeys on the typewriters).

It's just see so many people talking about this topic in a way that makes out our fictional multiverses are going to be real, when we actually know practically nothing about the subject. I've had mental breakdowns over this. Literally, not joking. I think though that the most basic theory is more of a philosophical one than a scientific one. It goes like this. If our universe can spring from nothingness, then why can't another universe. Yes it is egocentric to assume every universe will have another Burrunjor and a guy who keeps changing his name LOL, but consider this. At one point we believed we were the only planet in existence. Who is to say that the same is not true of universes? Really I fail to see why it would only happen once in an infinite span of time. With this in mind then, there should be other universes, and given that there is a literal eternity for them to be born in the void, then from our perspective there would be an eternity of universes out there. With this in mind, I do wonder if there is an infinite number of universes, if there is some kind of higher power too? Logically there would have to be? If all possibilities are real, wouldn't there be some universe, where someone like Davros or Spider-Carnage created a reality bomb type weapon? Logically in order to prevent that there would have to be a higher power that could keep a lid on things like that. What this higher power could be however, who knows. It's possible that it could be a level 5 civilisation that has gained control of all the energy in its universe and become like a god, and obviously in order to reach that stage, it will have to become peaceful, and stop other universes from interfering with each other. Could explain why there is no interference from other aliens? Again though you can see why it can break your brain. Buggering about with infinity is not good for the sanity of the individual.
