Well, Ncuti may not be ginger, but he's certainly something that rhymes with it. Yes, I am going there and posting this comment on several YouTube videos just to get a reaction. Loving every second of it. No apologies.
PS: when they call me out of it, I ask why they're so offended that I describe him as the harbinger of an exciting era of Doctor Who.

What ever people were hoping for with this twat coming back to run the show, it’s blindingly obvious after just a few days people should just toss those hopes in the bin.
I grew to loath his first era and the arrogant twit is just going to go off the rails in the current climate. Reminds me a bit of George Lucas, his original films were so good due to limitations place on him by other to prevent him going over bored. Now I don’t hate the prequel film as much as some, there is some good in them, but with less oversight and limitations, they were much more flawed works as a result. George’s most disliked Star Wars film is the Empire Strikes Back, the film widely considered the best by fans and it’s the one he had arguably the least control over.
Thats what I see happening now. Back when RTD started out it was a big gamble to let someone known for their drama work to do Doctor Who. When it was a success he became progressively more brazen but there were still limits with what he could get away with. In the current climate of the BBC, he’s free to go do whatever stupid idea he wants.
I agree with the sentiment that his running of the show will be marginally better then it was in hands of boring and talentless Chinballs, but I expect it to be even more dated, stupid and insufferable then the Jodie era from what I’m seeing.

That makes her similar to her soon-to-be former co-star, who didn't do much research for her role as the Doctor... I will miss 'Yaz-tor' so much though. I *totally* ship them. |
