Labour’s entire shtick at the moment just seems to be “Let’s be as right-wing as the Tories and disband from anything remotely fiscally left”. Not exactly inspiring, is it? And that’s amidst discarding the welfare of NHS staff in the process. f*ck me, during a pandemic, the one thing the country requires is more investment into public services. If the likes of Rishi Sunak are positioning themselves on a more fiscally left-wing platform than Labour are, what’s the f*cking point of the Labour Party? Jesus, what a politically depressing era this is. I thought Milibands "opposition" took some topping for being the most complete clueless and inept opposition of all time, but this bunch of Starmers clowns beat them hands down. Someone has obviously stolen Angela Rayners brain since 2019, she looks and comes across like a complete and utter f*cking moron.

Forgive me if I'm wrong but hasn't Rayner distanced herself from her earlier persona and principles? Now her shtick seems to be 'I'm like the Tories but I look and sound like you, so vote for me!" This whole air pod row she's caught up in hasn't happened at a good time, with the NHS not getting the pay rise push from Labour they might have expected.

Now her shtick seems to be 'I'm like the Tories but I look and sound like you, so vote for me!" She seems to be echoing the ethos of the Sun newspaper now. "I'm in the pockets of dodgy donors and media oligarchs while relying on vapid gloss and spin, but I resemble the establishment image and stereotype of the working-class, and thus represent your interests". How utterly cynical. Why stand for anything fundamental when you can patronise instead? Oh, the quagmire of modern politics. The turnout at the next election will be absolutely minuscule, I imagine, irrespective of the outcome.

Now Starmer's had to apologise for visiting Jesus House.
"We've gone to an anti-gay church by mistake!"
What a plank.

Just a load of bollocks about religious festivals and Prince Phillip...

Makes a crappy joke about Line of Duty which Johnson subsequently seizes upon, thus allowing him to evade the subject again as per usual. Christ, how bloody embarrassing.

It was utterly pathetic, like two kids joking about, "My corruption is better hidden than yours. Lolz." Starmer reminded me of the time when Angela Eagle once stood in at PMQ's during Corbyns earlier tenor and she treated the whole thing like a Mike Yarwood presents stand up performance show. Of course, our idiotic media adored it and praised it as being, "That's the way to do PMQ's" which probably went some way to motivate the later chicken coup and leadership contest, but it was little more than an idiotic one-upmanship piece of pantomime which completely cheapens and undermines the whole Parliamentary process. It's long before time our media were reigned in from this influence of determining our whole Parliamentary process, because they just want to turn it into some kind of moronic entertainment rather than the serious decision making process which affects and shapes everyone's lives, as it should be.

It was utterly pathetic, like two kids joking about, "My corruption is better hidden than yours. Lolz." Honestly, it felt like a cock-measuring context during that particular moment. Also, I wonder what happened to the Forde inquiry? There's a bit of sleaze which ought to be acknowledged... Dodgy Dave is undoubtedly a sleazy bugger, not to mention a pig-fokking austerity instigating arsehole, but let's be honest about the Greensill scandal. It's been bloody obvious he's been at this since day one. It's hardly a substantial revelation. Irrespective of who's in power at a given time, this sleazy and untrustworthy reliance on dodgy donors is typically a given. When it isn't a given, as with prior Labour leaders we could mention, they get slandered and demonised left, right and centre for it. Christ, the state of politics now is depressing. Immeasurably so. There's absolutely nobody worth supporting in the main, all of the main parties are shit, and the general populous seem to be conditioned to vote against their own interests every time anyway. Why is everything so bloody shit?

I assume you recall the days when Cameron and Miliband used to go at it during PMQs? It was the same there. Pure pantomime. Especially on Cameron's end. Miliband was fairly feeble when it came to comebacks, so Cameron just went for a scrap every time, always acknowledging Miliband's brother. That said, I found that era of PMQs more entertaining than the current sessions, not that this says much. Although most PMQ sessions are like that, I guess. Take Blair vs Hague. All the latter did was crack jokes at every session as opposed to actually discussing policy.

Looks like the latest polls have Starmer on 29%. A new low for the party, even lower than the 2019 General Election result.
I wonder how low they can actually go at this rate...

I think that the public and the media now see Sturgeon and the SNP as the Tories' only challengers in getting what they want. I've not really seen a convincing article setting out why Starmer is a realistic next PM. I also think as soon as there's fatigue Labour suffers. Brexit fatigue - Johnson gets it thru, with a big majority. COVID fatigue - Johnson roars back into a big poll lead. If there's already Starmer fatigue the local election results may be grim.

And now he's been barred for trying to run away from a heckler (who was manhandled by his security) only to find he's gone into the pub owned by the heckler!
"Get out of my pub!"

Keir Starmer, what a fokking muppet. Have you ever witnessed such a plank of wood? Even outflanked by Rishi Sunak on the economy. He's got to be the worst fokking Labour Leader of my lifetime and believe you and me, I've seen some fokking stinkers. He treats his Membership and Unions like canutes, he's a complete corrupt establishment tool. He makes Ted Heath or Ken Clarke look like fokking Tony Benn by comparison, the Blairite fokking arsehole. I hope Labour fokking get completely and utterly annihilated this upcoming local election and all those scab 600 councilors who called for Corbyns head during the 2016 Chickencoup all lose their fokking jobs. Bunch of fokking scab canutes, the lot of them. And now he's got trounced in Hartlepool, almost half the votes Corbyn got when he retained the seat. Oh dear, oh dear, oh Keir...

He's completely f*cked it: Hartlepool Labour results: 2005: 18,251 2010: 16,267 2015: 14,026 2017: 21,696 2019: 15,464. 2021: 8,589. He can't seriously blame Corbyn for this result, surely?
