Have you not been around the last 4 years? Theey're incompetent to dangerous degrees and sadly what happens in the US trickles down to the rest of us... I live in Estonia, the US barely knows we exist. In any case, I'll take incompetence over Trump's Goldfinger shtick

Five votes for Jill Stein, one for an abstention, and only two for the major parties.
These results emphatically demonstrate that the Hive is neither right-wing (as falsely portrayed by some of its opponents) *nor* a concentrated mass of neoliberal conformism (a description often applicable to said opponents).

Make that the last 40+ years. Having said that, I reckon the US is incessantly approaching ever-new nadirs…

I hate to quote NPH but if there was ever a time for the "Vell Zhat's Alright Then" meme surely this was it.

So it’s happening tonight. To return to the final paragraph of Clockwork’s original post- who do you guys think will win it?

Harris seems more likely. Trump has his diehard fanbase, but he doesn't have the same energy and movement behind him as he did in 2016, or even 2020. I think Biden quitting rattled him, his campaign never recovered from it

Trump, unless they cheat again, which is entirely possible.

I think John Lennon put it in a less dude bro way LOL. "There's room at the top they are telling you still, but first you must learn how to smile as you kill. If you want to be like the folks on the hill."
Same applies but I guess it's giggle in Kamala Harris' case.

Trump was already rambling about how Democrats are cheating in this election before it even got started. He's as predictable as clockwork these days. Of course they're cheating. It can't be that Trump would actually lose, noooo, it always has to be a cheat or interference with this man.

Hard call, I kinda feel like it's gonna be Harris, but I find myself wondering if America is ready to accept the idea of a female president. I agree with Rushy about Trump, but I also feel that conservativism is dyed in the wool of the white American psyche. If I was a betting man I'd take a gamble on Harris, but not a very solid one.
