Is Starbeast meant to be a reference to the Beast Below? It's the name of the 1980s Doctor Who comic strip that the first special is adapting, the one with Beep the Meep. |

Bit bleh. Still all looks (or at least I hope) like the footage is all from the first special. Gonna be pretty underwhelming if not!

' Doctor Who And The Star Beast' is a rather marvelous comic strip from Doctor Who Weekly, Issues 19 - 26 ( 14th February - 3rd April, 1980) and was written by John Wagner and Pat Mills - two of the most influential figures in the world of British comics. The strip featured stunning artwork by Dave Gibbons.'The Beast Below' was a mediocre Season 5 episode by Steven Moffat, an overrated writer of popularist TV drama.  'Doctor Who And The Star Beast' was adapted into an Big Finish audio drama starring Tom Baker, and released in March 2019. |

IT'S THE FRICKEN MEEP GETTING HIS EYE POKED BY DONNA!!! Seems "Rose" is playing the part of Sharon in "Star Beast". I hope they don't stray too far away from the main original plot. |
