I can't be arsed. I never liked the actor playing the Flash, not a big Flash fan in general and having Keaton return in a movie about an unrelated superhero doesn't make much sense to me. I get that the Flash's powers allow for interdimensional stuff and whatever, but it's just cheap fan service meant to draw audiences. Oh it is, but this time I'm drawn in. I agree thought it's going to be hard to stomach one Ezra Miller, never mind two. Honestly why they didn't do this story with Grant Gustin who everybody loved as the Flash and wasn't you know a creepy predator I'll never know. DC are the only franchise that's as f*cked up as DWWorse I'd say. We're likely in the burn out stage of the Comic Book movie craze, and while marvel has built, owned and ruined it's cinematic universe, DC have not been able to capitalise on that craze in any meaningful way. Outside of Batman, who is their most easy to sell character, they have had ONE film in the past 20 years that was well liked and without any controversy. Wonder Women. Every other film has underperformed, been crap or affected by some problem relating to it's actors. They had everything they needed to succeed and they have failed at almost every step.

Aquaman was a complete success, I'd say. The only issue ever attached to that film is Amber Heard, and I think she could've easily been replaced. Not even recast, but the character could be written out without difficulty.

Dislike: that one guy who has a hacking cough who decides to go to the cinema anyway. I mostly always catch whatever someone has got at these places.

I dont't like the cinema tbh. It's always an unpleasant feeling. I hate being around that many people while consuming a piece of art.

I have far more respect for my local Odeon (which is still relatively underwhelming) after reading horror stories about certain cinemas in London. One particular cinema is notorious for having rats and mice running about some of the screen rooms. I'd scream like a little girl. It's honestly my worst nightmare.
Cineworld is getting built near the local football stadium so I'll only go to that one when it opens.

I can't stand it when it's busy, especially if there are lots of kids. I only ever go if I'm free on a weekday morning or afternoon, ideally when a film is nearing the end of its time on the big screen. It tends to be very quiet under those circumstances, and I've even been the only person at the screening on a couple of occasions.

Everyone's always been polite and quiet whenever I go to the cinema. The worst I ever got was some lady taking ages to switch her bright phone screen off

I hated it when an ex-girlfriend wanted to go to see one of the Twilight films in the local Cinema We had to put up with an army of tweens giving us filthy looks, whooping when Edward or the other one appeared, and again when they took their tops off for no reason (the actors, not the audience).

I went to see three of the five Twilight movies at the cinema. Dreary beyond belief.

My mum's scarf got stolen when we went to see the third one. That's Braintree for you, though.

I fell asleep part way through the first one, which I think I may have rented during the dying days of Blockbuster. Never bothered with the rest.

Used to love going up to my local one and browsing the shelves on a Friday night for a film to rent. Streaming has all but destroyed that feeling.

The only video stores where I live are the CeX places and one "cult" video store which is more specialised. I miss the feeling of going into a video store and coming out with Love Actually and Citizen Kane in the same bag.

In the second one I remember there was a scene where Bella moped at the window for a whole year because her vampire 'boyfwiend' buggered off...
