I own the bare minimum on Blu ray now. Sometimes I just have a good clean and end up giving some of the stuff I don't think I'll watch again to charity. It's a weird OCD urge to want to keep my collection down to the essentials. I still have a lot of DVDs. I'm not into collecting as much anymore.
Here's my current list of Blu rays:
The NeverEnding Story Back to the Future Back to the Future Part II Back to the Future Part III RoboCop RoboCop 2 RoboCop 3 Batman Batman Returns Batman Forever Batman and Robin Superman - Theatrical/Extended/TV Cut Superman II Superman III Superman IV: The Quesr for Peace Superman Returns Supergirl Die Hard Die Hard 2 Die Hard with a Vengeance Die Hard 4.0 A Good Day to Die Hard Johnny English Johnny English Reborn Johnny English Strikes Again Christmas Vacation Home Alone The Cable Guy Cobra Tango & Cash Demolition Man The Specialist Assassins Every James Bond film from Dr.No to Licence to Kill
- TV:
Doctor Who - Timelord Victorious Doctor Who - Spearhead from Space Doctor Who - TV Movie Doctor Who - Season 14 Doctor Who - Season 17 Doctor Who - Season 22 Doctor Who - Season 24 Doctor Who - Season 26 Fawlty Towers Series 1 & 2 Red Dwarf Series 1-8

But seriously, I expected to see Who season 2. I always thought you were keen on that season?

But seriously, I expected to see Who season 2. I always thought you were keen on that season? It went out of print before I could get my hands on it. I'll wait for the standard edition. I'm not too keen on those flimsy limited edition boxes anyway. And yes, I do love that season a lot. From what I've seen they've really done a splendid job remastering those stories.

Then again, I don't think I'll watch much from Brosnan or Craig again so there's no point just having a bunch of discs I'm not going to touch.

For once the Aussie set is superior to the UK set. It doesn't have the Beatles clip. 😉😁

Neither does any of the streaming versions. I've only ever seen the "Ticket to Ride" performance on the DVD. Shame really, people are missing out on Ian's "dancing."

I don't like owning things I'm not interested in either. I'm hoping one day all the Dr Who will be released separately on Blu, so that I can cherry pick.

That's what I love about the DVDs. Apart from those annoying sets where they pair stories together and you're forced into owning a story you don't like.

Yes, there were a few I sold on eBay separately. Warriors of the Deep, K9 and Co, and one or two others.

Can't believe they're releasing The Garbage Pail Kids on Blu ray next month. I'd be interested to see who'd be daft enough to depart with £25 on a film like that. A few years ago, probably me I can't help it, I love trash.

Finally submitted to my urges and got a Doctor Who: The Collection job lot for a couple hundred off eBay. The only seasons I'm missing are 2, 10 and 23 as well as 18 and 19 in their limited edition boxes. Some of these fetch preposterous prices though, so I'll steer clear for now.
