The only thing that looks remotely appealing is Scream 6. I thought 5 sucked ass, but Jenna Ortega and the New York setting make this one look watchable.

My birthday is next Friday. I think I share a Birthday with Ian actually. I can't believe I'm going to be 24! I was essentially the baby of the forum back in 2016, but now there are a couple here even younger than me now. I think I might be the youngest here, though I'm not entirely sure about that. Also didn't realise the forum had been around for so long. I assume it began as a breakaway of GB? |

Why is the "step mum" fantasy so popular these days? I suppose it depends on exactly when the stepmum relationship began. If it began as a child, then ick. When the 'kid' is in their mid to late teens and it's dad marrying some hot young thing barely out of high school themselves - as, IIRC, that was the case in Bill and Ted - it's rather more understandable.

Hope you had a nice Birthday, Ian. I'm halfway through mine.
I got Series X of Red Dwarf on DVD as well as the GTA trilogy on XBOX and a Cobra Kai Behind the Scenes book. Looking forward to rounding off the day with a nice burger tonight and a film. For the first time ever it actually snowed on my Birthday! It looks pretty, but it kind of buggered up some of our plans.

Alas I feel crap now, but I regret nothing lol I spent the evening binge watching Series X of Red Dwarf. Not vintage stuff, but enjoyable and made with a lot of energy and love unlike another program. I particularly like the return of the early music cues from Series 1. The CGI looks incredible as well. Not a bad way to end the day although my original plans were scuppered by the snow. |
