That could be appealing, if only I found either actress remotely appealing or interesting.  Yaz is quite sexy especially when she's in police uniform. Jodie is nice too although I find her less attractive these days. It's all those faces she keeps making. |

I myself have no intention of doing so, I’ve pretty much forsworn from nuwho completely and it would take nothing short of a miracle to make me do otherwise.
I just can’t watch it anymore. All I could think in my last attempt was “ how much better would this story be if done like the classic”, “why dose this feel so immature” and “why is this so stupid”. Even the good bits make me unhappy because they are almost always undercut by some rubbish or lead to a shite conclusion. As much as I like Smith I can’t watch his era because it sees sever great classic monsters thrown under the bus. I can’t watch Capaldi because as great as he is, the shows starts to indulge in the nonsense it would embrace with Jodie and it has Clara and Missy. Worse it ends one twice upon a time, which was so bad I may suffer an aneurism if I ever watch it again. I can’t watch any of Russell’s era because everything that made it so popular I can’t stomach anymore, watching it is like seeing the Psychic Circus, a sell out institution who’s souls been scrapped out and replaced with something terrible, and not of the fun kind.
The more I watch the classic, the more painful nuwho is to watch because this show used to be so much better. Id rather watch Keys of Marinus or Colony in Space for 13 weekends then watch NuWho these days.

They're now claiming that Thasmin was never the intention, it just arose out of the wonderful chemistry both actresses had. LMAO what a lot of shit. Mandip Gill is a block of wood and Jodie has made her Doctor quite possibly the most sexless character on tv, the way she acts like a 12 year old girl. www.radiotimes.com/tv/sci-fi/doctor-who-yaz-gay-late/I also remember when Jodie dressed up in the police uniform in Flux and played the part of a thicko, gormless, police officer. One of the best episodes of the 13th's era. This was a really enjoyable story with good supporting cast and the main team on form. Quite liked the 'Groundhog Day' premise - good to have a timey wimey story that wasn't too convoluted. Only niggle was the Daleks with their multi-barrelled lasers missing their targets in a narrow corridor. Could easily avoid this sort of thing.

lol The tired spin of the loser brigade never fails to amuse. Maybe they don't watch because TV is nothing but shit now. I don't watch TV anymore, Rani's right. But it's not because of streaming or YouTube or some other bullshit. It's because they literally make nothing that appeals to me, including the one show that always should have- Doctor Who! How is "no one watches anything as it's all shit so Nurse Poo is no different" an excuse or a defence? |

My point was that if you take any particular programme most people don't watch so it's silly to say most people don't switch Who on. The key thing is where programmes rank in terms of all programmes, on which Who performs very well.

I didn't say it's all shit just that there is more of it - much more choice - than ever before so audiences are spread more thinly. |
