No, I'm probably not going to get a body like those two legends. I am, however, very active at the moment and I thought I'd dedicate a thread to my progress and also inspire others to workout if they don't already. My schedule is as follows: MONDAY: Stationary Bike (45 Mins) TUESDAY: Jogging (45 Mins) WEDNESDAY: Rest day THURSDAY: Stationary Bike (45 Mins) FRIDAY: Jumping Jacks, Sit Ups, Press Ups, Lifting, some running (45 Mins) SATURDAY: Jogging (45 Mins) SUNDAY: Rest day although will maybe fit in 15 minutes of intense exercise Walking 30-45 minutes a week brings the count to about four hours of exercise a week. This is just for me though. Even doing a twenty minute run for three days a week or simply walking in beneficial. If you do exercise I'd love to know what you do and how long you do it for.

I'm young, dumb and full of cum so I can exercise more. Seriously, whatever works for you. About three years ago I didn't do any exercise at all. Now that I've quit fapping my go to "good" feeling is vigorous exercise.

Nearly did an hour of running today (I made yesterday my rest day instead). The time just flew by and my new playlist really helped to get me in the mood. I might ditch the bike and just do four hours of running a week. It's a better workout for me and I don't like sitting still on the bike anyway. At least I can run outside as well. As for other cardio workouts, I'm going to do 200 star jumps a day as well 25 press ups and 30 sit ups. I'm too self conscious to actually go to the gym and workout so I do it at home or in my garden. Now that it's hot and clear I will probably do it outside from now on.
I'm hoping that all this will pay off at some point in the future:
Masturbation free Porn free Exercise (hour a day) Cold Showers (once or twice a day) Drinking plenty of water Eating healthy Sleeping well
I'm not planning on getting ripped, but I would like to lose some this flab I've got on my stomach. My face looks a bit chubby these days too so definitely want to get rid of that too.

Regarding those worst habits you are trying to curb, before engaging in them, ask yourself three questions:
1. Why do I really want to [insert bad habit here]?
2. Is there something else i could be doing to pass the time that could satisfy me physically, emotionally and intellectually?
3. Do the benefits of the answer of question 2 outweigh those of question 1?
Just take a breath, think and focus.
As for me, we are coming out of a fourth lockdown but gyms are staying shut.
That's ok, I developed an exercise regime during the 2020 lockdowns that kept me trim but it's bloody cold this week!
Top temperatures this week are 14 degrees celsius on average.

I've been combining a lot of walking and jogging of late. I'm not planning on getting ripped, I just want to lose a bit of flab off my stomach although I'll need to do different exercises for that to happen as well keep my diet going. I do want to build some muscle though so I'm going to get some cheap Dumbbells from the shop.

Got a fold away exercise bike today to replace the old knackered one I had before. It's much better and I did a decent half hour ride earlier this afternoon. I prefer it to jogging personally because at least you can just sit there and read a book.

I mostly alternate between stationary bike rides and lifting dumbbells now. I can't be bothered to run especially not in this heat. I'm aiming to do at least 120 minutes worth of exercise a week.

New schedule for every week in April:
3 x 45 Minutes on stationary bike 2 x 30 Minutes lifting dumbbells 1 x 20 Minutes jogging
Additional workouts: 100 Jumping Jacks a day, walking, 25 press ups a day
Hoping to get at least 200 minutes every week.
