Time to get back into it... Here's my new weekly schedule: 45 Mins x 4 on Exercise Bike 25 Mins x 3 lifting (dumbbells & keetlebell) Extra: Running and walking (for any amount of time) I'm trying not to overdo it, but I find it helps my mental health more than anything.

Time for a summer workout. Week starting from the 22nd of July to September 1st. 3 x 1 Hour Stationary Bike Rides 3 x 20 Minutes Lifting Weights 1 x 20 Minute Jog Walking
