Bought another nostalgic favourite from eBay recently which I received today. The Quatermass Conclusion (1979) Although this is out on Blu, I used to have this DVD box set, and it was so cheap at the equivalent of £7.00 that I decided to get it. Especially as it still has the original booklet.   |

A lucky find on CEX, as this is a pretty rare item now. They don't deliver outside the UK, so I had to have it sent to my cousin to post on to me.  |

Bunch of 70s and 80s movies - Voyage of the Damned (no, not that one), Last Embrace, New Year's Evil, X-tro, Slugs, The Nest and The Brain. Also the 2007 Christmas horror flick P2 with Rachel Nichols who I remember from Criminal Minds and which has gotten a lot of positive mentions lately despite me never having heard of it before. More recently also picked up I, Madman, Soul Survivor, Don't Open Till Christmas and Howling II. 80s horror goodness, never seen any of them before!

So I've heard! It's an 80s horror movie with big floppy tits in it. You'll love it. Don't Open Till Christmas is a weird one. It has like four directors so it's a bit of a mess. I like the idea of a killer santa, though. |

Eve of the Daleks/Legend of the Sea Devils on Blu ray.
Eve is great fun while Legend is a bit of a clunker (though not nearly as bad as Space Babies or Orphan 55). Still, it's nice to own more episodes with Mandip . Maybe I'll get Flux one day which is surprisingly the same price as this set despite having four more episodes. I feel like I've been conned by the BBC again.
