I might look up Bernard Cribbins' cameo on YouTube since it's the last thing he ever filmed, but that's it.

Great to see you back Clockwork. PS I showed the guys I do the livestreams with the Dick Briggs parody and they LOVED it. They thought it was me, but don't worry I put them straight LOL.
I will not be watching for several reasons.
1/ I have 0 interest in the canon of DW anymore.They broke it with Jodie. If anything I don't want it to be good now as that would be a shame, given it would be linked to Jodie and therefore have to be written out of arguably even New Who canon, never mind the original because of how bad the Timeless Children was.
2/ It has the number 1 Amy Winehouse hater Neil Patrick Harris in it. Now to be clear I am NOT boycotting it, as ultimately that would make me a hypocrite, given that like a lot of people, there undoubtedly will be movies starring actors, or written by people who were a lot worse. If some of the stories about Hitchcock are to be believed he was a way bigger c*nt than NPH ever was. Still given this is a show that I have 0 interest in now and it's makers are so holier than thou about how great and forward thinking they are, then really it's even less reason for me to bother.
3/ Ncuti Gatwa having checked him out in other things does not seem like the Doctor to me. He's not an asshole or anything, so I bare him no ill will, but honestly he's not exactly dream casting to me.
4/ Degenerating the Doctor is as bad an idea as gender bending the Doctor in terms of f*cking up the flow of the Doctors. When I look at the line of Doctors, it just seems ridiculous now to not only have so many out of place like Eccelston, a woman but David Tennant TWICE.
5/ I'm kind of bitter to be honest at the Fitzroy Crowd by this stage. How much they've hogged it, how even when they had run it into the ground, they still wouldn't give it up. Then there's been RTD blocking me when I raised the NPH thing on insta, and telling other fans to go f*ck themselves. Really I find their smugness unbearable now.
I'm doing my own alternate sequel series btw if you're interested. It will be premiering in October on youtube, with a voice actor reading it out and illustrated covers. This voice actor will be doing the 9th Doctors voice like Dylan Moran and 10ths like Tim Curry. I'll finally get to hear those two guys take on the Doctor, sort of LOL. First story is a Dalek one, the other is my own version of Scratchman. 9th Doctors companion is that creepy girl from Remembrance all grown up, 10ths is Elena, a one eyed woman from the future. That'll be my way of celebrating the true shows 60th.

I'll watch them out of curiosity. I'm not exactly sure I'll watch the series after that, though. I think the show has run its course and it has started to become a bit irritating by this point.

Sure, I'll watch it, I love RTD, I started off as a very irritable RTD cheerleader in the community, but If he's not your earl grey, I understand that better now than I did then.
There's also sod all else on.
A while back, I'd have recommended Luke Newman's Doctor Who youtube series with Dominic Martin, but this latest series is a little on the weak side. I think the last straw for me was how generic and pointless "The Most Hated Man On Earth" was

Possibly but it's not at the top of my priorities. If it's not just the NuWho team pretending it's still 2008 and they're still the hottest ticket in town, I might bite but on the other hand, it's starting to look unlikely and that's considering how the 50th panned out.
That said, I'm really interested in seeing this supposed colourised 60s episode on BBC2 and have a few other Who related things lined up.

Yeah I'm with Brian and Maxil at this point. I'll give the 60th a go but if it's just a series 4 wankfest they can feck off. As for what comes after... I was neither here nor there when Ncuti was cast but the more little bits I see of him the more cringe he is... if he's playing the Doctor like a camp rentboy from a particularly racy episode of Are You Being Served? I'm afraid I won't be coming back again...

Yes, I will. I have a good deal of nostalgia for Tennant's Doctor, as well as Donna and Wilf. Plus, I'm interested to see how they celebrate the 60th.
