I keep seeing this pop up on fb and youtube. People going crazy about how disgusting it is that young women are making money this way. Paul Joseph Watson was his usual lovely self about it of course.
Personally however I think the stigma around this type of thing needs to stop. It's the 21st century. As long as it is consensual, and above the age of consent who gives a shit about sex? Seriously? Now for the record I do NOT use If Only Fans, never have done and I have no intention of ever doing so. However I don't think there is anything wrong with it, and I would never, EVER judge a woman who does it.
To me it's just a way of making money, and to be honest there are worse ways of making money. Personally I think working in a call centre is more demeaning. Now don't get me wrong here LOL. I am not judging people who work in call centres. I did for a while, and I understand if you have no choice, fair enough. However what I'm saying is that whilst I admire people who make that sacrifice to work in a call centre, I think the job itself, is really horrible, and treats its employees like absolute shit.
It's punishing, soul crushing, you get virtually no relief, the hours are draining, it's badly paid, and it's a breeding ground for bullies and jobsworths. Do you know I was fired from one call centre after 3 days once. Didn't even make it to the training. My crimes? I looked a bit anxious which they thought showed I couldn't do the job, and I made a joke about Gary Glitter. The joke in question btw, was we had to name our fave songs and all I said was "it's a good job nobody mentioned a Gary Glitter song." Which the others laughed at, and my trainer reported me for that and having an anxious face.
That is literally the type of mindset you get in a call centre. The other I worked in for longer meanwhile was absolutely horrific. If you were a second late from your lunch you got a dressing down, you had people monitoring you all the time and the calls themselves were hellish.
Believe you me if I could, I would have much rather done some sexy poses online for cash than set foot in either of the call centres I worked in. Problem was no one wanted to see them LOL.
All this other crap of "how will their children react when naked pictures of their mothers are passed around school." I say to that.
Isn't the issue children getting access to pornography and bullying? Maybe rather than think "yeah let's cowtow to bullies." Maybe it should be let's make sure bullying of any sort is not acceptable and that the stigma around it is broken?

I don't particularly like it and find it extremely exploitative of both the models and the fans. I'm happy I stopped using that site and quit porn recently. Porn can be so poisonous.

He can be particularly spiteful about these things.

I don't particularly like it and find it extremely exploitative of both the models and the fans. I'm happy I stopped using that site and quit porn recently. Porn can be so poisonous. I will add that I'm talking from personal experience here. I have used the site and ended up going into a spiral and I felt I was constantly conned out of money. I also felt particularly pressured by a model on there to keep ordering custom material from her. Sex work is still work regardless of what people think. I just don't want to get caught up with it myself.

There are absolutely discussions to be had about that, and there should be attempts to change that from top to bottom (no pun intended.) Still at the end of the day just shaming anyone that does it like PJW does is pathetic, and will allow for further exploitation as it creates feelings of loathing and vulnerability among both the users and the workers too that just makes them feel like easier meat.

I do frequently watch porn, and honestly it's pretty harmless because I curb its destructive power with a few doctrines whereby I always abide: 1) Never pay money or engage in anything that might otherwise be construed as transaction. 2) Never think about porn unless you are seeking out, watching or otherwise preparing for porn.* 3) Never form any connections with models, channels, creators or personalities; parasocial relationships are to be avoided at all costs and in any scenario, not just porn-related. 4) Never be on there longer than you need to be on there; i.e. once you're "done", close the tab and forget about it until next time. 5) As a sort of an addendum to number 4: get it over and done with as quickly as possible; that way, you will avoid being tempted into a "securer" relationship with the porn industry. 6) Never search for things specifically; pick something serviceable and just get it over with; this way you will avoid the harbouring of fetishes and unwanted fixations. 7) Accept it for what it is: it's not pleasant, it's not socially acceptable and it's certainly not art, as I've heard a good few argue. It's merely the temporal release of tension from the body; whether that be physical, emotional or cognitive. People who argue for its consideration as art or for philosophies surrounding pornography, BDSM, and other such movements, are all simply kidding themselves. They like the bouncing boobies and want to justify it, that's all. *Technically I've just broken this rule, whoops.

My issue with watching porn is that it constantly triggers feelings of shame and guilt when I watch it, two emotions I'd much rather avoid.

Personally I thing such stuff should be legal and less looked down upon, more for the sake of those involved then the users.
Porn actors get treated horribly, prostitutes get treated even worse and thats when their willing participances in the role. With a proper, legal frame work in place it would help remove much of the seedy corruption and criminal elements involved, protecting the workers as any other employee should be.
It wouldn't be perfect, but at would be better then the current state of things.

It's not exactly classy, though, is it?

It's not exactly classy, though, is it? No, and it's not the job your going to be bragging to your parents about, but it's not called the "oldest profession" for nothing. It's been around practically forever, is it not time to just say "it always will be, so why not at least treat the people who do that work a bit better?"

Porn has always had a tremendous hold on me. I suppose because I was extremely depressed during my late teens and early Twenties I used porn as a way to escape. Watching a lot of porn makes you feel high and I was always after that high feeling to combat the negative feelings for a while. After porn sessions though I felt even worse than I did before watching it. I really want to give it up for good. Thankfully my fav doesn't have an OnlyFans page and she moved on from the industry. I should move on too.

It's never really done much for me, tbh. I prefer my own imagination.

I have a Bond girl book full of nice photos. Not sure I've ever read any of it to be honest, but I didn't buy it for the words

I've gone back on my opinion and have instead decided to make an OnlyFans of my own. Anyone who wants to see me shoot loads over my DW companions picture collection now has the chance! £40 per photo "shoot".
Search WhoJacker1963.

Aren't threads asking 'which of these women is hottest' just an extension of this? It's objectifying women in the same way.
