Fendahl/Fang Rock/Sun makers
Very close between Sun makers and Invisible Enemy, mind you. But I like Holmes' writing better, and the Nucleus is so unintentionally funny that it inhibits my suspension of disbelief.

Fang Rock, Fendahl and Sun Makers. Same here they are the only ones I really like from this year. Fang Rock is an absolute classic.

This is an odd season. Two thirds of it are solid (albeit variably so), whilst one third of it is utter shite, amounting to arguably the worst Tom Baker stories in Underworld and Invasion of Time.
That said, I opted for Fang Rock, Invisible Enemy and Fendahl. Fang Rock is excellent, whilst Fendahl is very good. It was a tough call between Invisible Enemy and Sun Makers, but although the latter features a more satirical script, I find The Invisible Enemy more engaging, even if it is inherently sillier.

I like The Invasion of Time myself. I couldn't really decide on the other two.

I like The Invasion of Time myself. I couldn't really decide on the other two. To be fair, the central idea and conceit behind Invasion of Time is an ambitious and interesting one. It mainly falls flat narratively by the final two episodes, and it's massively hindered by the awful direction. I might like it more if I gave it another go, though I've only watched it twice before. It's amongst my least favourite of the era though. As bad as Underworld is, episode 1 isn't actually too bad, whereas Invasion of Time is consistently characterised by drudgery (even if Underworld is worse overall).

I like all of Season 15 - even the less well-regarded stories - The Invisible Enemy, Underworld and The Invasion of Time still have a lot to offer. However, Image Of The Fendahl is my very favourite ( love the Quatermass/folk horror vibe to this one) followed closely by The Horror of Fang Rock and then The Sunmakers. Very fond of Doctor 4, Leela and K9.

Underworld remains the only new Who story I've been able to endure to the bitter end. Drivel. Fang Rock, Fendahl and Sunmakers.

Horror of Fang Rock, Fendahl and Invasion of Time. First two are gothic masterpieces while the last is an enjoyable romp.
