I do agree I've no idea what they're going to do when they hit seasons 3 and 4 That's easy, implement standard BBC policy; f*ck Doctor Who fans in the arse until it hurts and tell them they liked it.
Then sell them the special edition.

That overseas DVD site that blew the gaffe on so many previous releases has apparently listed season 9. Well that could be intreasting. I'd like them to update Day of the Daleks without all the added crap. I argue a whole swarm of daleks getting blown up is far sillier then three and some ogrons slowly marching their way threw the soldiers. Peladon... not much they could do except some new shots of castle. The Sea Devils... again besides myabe some updated effects their not much that could be done. The Mutants probably the big change I could see is some updating to the final metamorphosis scene. Time Monster, now I've said befor that I actually liked this one but it's probably the one that could benefit from stuff being added. Kronos' destruction of Atlantis for example. |
