Great season! Can't wait for the BluRay release. Four of my biggest favourites here, but favouring Brain of Morbius pretty highly since my last viewing, so:

Terror of the Zygons is a real stand out despite Seeds being slightly more popular amongst fans. I would definitely go for Seeds as well and then maybe Morbius which I appreciate for its gothic style and the highly amusing and memorable insults aimed towards Condo:
"You chicken-brained biological disaster" is still my favourite.

Looks like everyone loves the Camfield/Robert Banks Stewart combo.
This isn't one of my favourite seasons although I don't find it quite as overrated as I used to. I've warmed to Pyramids over the last year or so but I doubt it will ever make its way into my top twenty. Zygons is a firm favourite, though.

Ooh, Season 13! There are so many fantastic stories to choose from, but if I had to pick just one... I'd have to go with "The Brain of Morbius".
It's such a deliciously dark and atmospheric tale. The whole concept of a mad scientist trying to create a new body for a Time Lord criminal is pure sci-fi horror gold. And the reveal of Morbius' brain in that tank? Iconic! Plus, Philip Madoc's performance as Solon is so wonderfully unhinged. He chews the scenery like nobody's business. And let's not forget the Sisterhood of Karn! Those masked ladies are equal parts creepy and intriguing. But what really seals the deal for me is the Fourth Doctor's mental duel with Morbius. The tension, the mind games, the glimpse into past Doctors... It's just brilliant television.
