f*ck me what wasted potential. The Sontarans of that season look bloody amazing, even a bit intimidating but it seems that the second I let my guard down something goes to shit.
Firstly almost every good bit of dialog from the sonatarns is almost always ended on some silly joke that instantly takes any threat right out of it.
Jodie's dialog is the worst of any Doctor, even ol' Eccles sounds like a Victorian Gentlemen next to her. It's a blatant sign of piss poor writing when your super intelligent character only sounds intelligent when you need them to be, yet the rest of the time talks like someone who's never heard the word enunciate.
And in the nuwho tradition of total pisstaking, we have a sweet obsessed sontaran who the heroes bribe with chocolate.
Thank f*ck I never watched this thing in full, I might never have recovered.
