I jest of course, but I really got a kick out of "The Way Ahead" exploring the nihilism of Blake's 7, and whether anything that happened mattered at all. It feels like less of a party and more of a genuine examination of the past.

Haven't heard it yet, but can I just say, somewhat off topic that I love the new profile pic on your twitter page LOL. That was one of my fave TOS stories. Definitely give The Way Ahead a go! There's a scene where an older Avon prays to the deceased Blake, and it's just some of the most touching stuff written for the series. Yes, I'm a big Captain Pike fan. I'm glad they're doing a show about him at last, even if Anson Mount's acting style is very different to Jeffrey Hunter's.
