Hey RobFilth , there's a slight issue with the forum I was wondering if you could fix, namely that Android devices which don't support Comic Sans fall back onto a cursive font that's a quite a strain to read. That can be changed while keeping Comic Sans for desktop users by going to... Admin > Themes > Advanced Styles & CSS > Forum > Text Styles > Default Forum Text...and deleting "cursive" from the Font Family box. "Comic Sans MS", cursive, sans-serif"Comic Sans MS", sans-serif |

LOL I had that problem on my phone the other day. I couldn't read it no matter how much I zoomed in. I thought maybe it was just me, but clearly not.

Hmm, that's only a slight improvement. I think you might also have to remove "cursive" from the "Font Family" boxes under all of the Text Styles sections from "Headings (h2)" to "Small Descriptive Notes".
Don't feel any immediate rush to do it for my sake, I'm more concerned that it might drive away potential new members.

Yes, that's perfect. Cheers Rob. No problem. Thanks for pointing it out because I otherwise probably wouldn't have noticed when I mostly access the board via desktop pc rather than tablet or mobile device. Why is it technology always seems to beat up on comic sans? Not very friendly, is it? |
