It's fair to say these are the least popular Batman movies although personally I think they both deserve a place at the table. I think Batman Forever is the better film mainly because it explores the character of Bruce Wayne and Batman, more so than the previous films did. Batman & Robin is probably the most entertaining of the two because Alicia and Uma are in it and it's bigger and sillier. Forever though is a nice blend of serious and ridiculous and it actually delivers some pretty decent character moments and action sequences. There's supposed to be a darker extended version in a vault somewhere which I'd love to see. As it is, I think the film is pretty solid despite the dubious continuity of it. The fact that Keaton's Batman is going to meet Batgirl in a new series suggests that the events of these two films are no longer being counted.
