Les Dayman has died at the age of 85. The Australian actor was best known as Sgt George Sullivan on soap opera E Street, a role he played for the show's entire run from 1989-1993 and appeared in many other Aussie shows including a memorable guest stint as Patricia's nemesis, the ruthless - and dangerous - Roger Carlisle on Sons and Daughters. RIP.  |

Been sleeping on the couch lately. My bed is a creaky, rickety mess now. I think I jumped down on it one too many times and now I'm looking into getting another one. Sleeping on the couch isn't so bad if you've got a sleeping bag and a decent pillow. Finally get to sleep in a proper bed for the first time in about a month. Hooray! |

I'm really depressed. I've been having the worst OCD thoughts imaginable and I'm really concerned for my mum's health (which has been in decline for a few years now). I also have alarming dips in mood which make me feel empty and distressed. I just want to be happy for a least a little while.
