Pretty decent list. Should have included Fenric instead of Logopolis though. Still, it's a good way for people to watch some of the best stories of classic.

Mostly great selection and be nice to see them on Freeview for new viewers since the Drama channel and Horror repeats back in 2014/15. Bit disappointed they couldn't have fitted some 60s episodes in (Unearthly Child, Aztecs, Tomb and EOTW would've been nice to see) and Colin and McCoy only getting one story each which is a pissing shame.

If I picked twelve stories to show I'd probably show all twelve McCoy stories

But that's because they're in black and white, Brian and therefore shit. Just like Chaplin's City Lights and Keaton's The General. Rubbish. All of it.
Very true, but it's always the way, isn't it...?

I wouldn't get too upset about them missing out some stories.
To me this seems like an attempt to appeal to the military hence why pretty much all of the stories feature the military in some wayL. Granted they could have maybe tossed in Fenric with this in mind, but otherwise these are military themed stories for the most part. Classic Who rather was always hugely popular with the military, as the Brig was one of the few positive military characters in fiction LOL.

I see they're showing the four part version of Varos with the dodgy and highly comical fake cliffhangers. It was bad enough when the Horror Channel showed Attack of the Cybermen.
"Where did you get this?" - Bates "The Cryons" - Lytton Bates looks surprised CUE CREDITS.
LOL

LOL I remember their cliffhangers for The Two Doctors episode 2 and 5 took the cake ''Perhaps you could show us to this.... HACIenda?'' ''There's more than one way to cook a cat!'' * proceeds to stick his head into an fountain.* IIRC, they showed Resurrection in an movie length format so why they didn't bother with some of 22's is baffling.
