For me, The Neverending Story by some way followed by Labyrinth. I have fond childhood memories of watching the Neverending Story at school. I was spellbound by it at the time and also creeped out by the darker stuff in it. It's still a great film that touches on existentialism and dying imagination. Labyrinth is great because of the music and a cute Jennifer Connelly.
