There's a really funny Bond podcast called For Your Ears Only that members should listen to. It's over a decade old, but it's very funny and British. It's essentially like listening to two blokes talk about the events of a Bond film in a pub. Highly recommended.
The only Doctor Who Podcast I listened to was Bigger on the Inside. I found them reasonably informative at first, but I went off them when they started slagging off literally everything about the McCoy era. One of them claimed Remembrance wasn't a classic and that Fenric "wasn't all that". One of them also claimed that Colin Baker's best story was "OK at best" although they gush over NuWho in some of their reviews as if that's any better.
