Short answer: Definitely not Starmer. And very likely not his tendency of burning notes in front of poor people during his Bullingdon Club days in Oxford (presumably whilst spectating over the event of David Cameron inserting his flaccid cock in a dead pig's mouth), although this isn't completely off-limits.
