Rotten luck really. I started feeling awful around Thursday and it's just got worse. Did a test today and it came back positive. It has spoilt the holidays for me sadly.

Just remember though you are young and healthy. You'll get through it. My sister got it earlier this year (whilst she was pregnant with Rosa.) And she got through it fine. Urgh, I feel horrible. Seems to be worse today for some reason. Sadly I'll probably be ill going into the new year. Not the best start really.

Look after yourself mate. f*cking virus K.O.ed me for two weeks early in the year. Spend a week with a high fever, then another unable to breath.
