1) Power of the Daleks, it the original regeneration story and it effortlessly combines it with what is probably the best Dalek horror story.
2) An Unearthly Child, without this story you'd get no Doctor Who and despite what some say I think this is an amazing story to drawn start the series on.
3) Spearhead from Space, it's great what more can I say.
4) Time and the Rani, nowhere near as bad some would have you believe but the production issues hurt this story more then any one in the season.
5) The Twin Dilema, again not as bad as the sheep say and has a lot of really good stuff in it. That said some elements could have been stronger and I think having a giant slug as the main villain, though he is like the episode better then popular opinion would suggest, didn't do it any favours at the time.
6) Robot - Tom makes a strong first impression but it's clear that he's dancing around a Pertwee era narrative that really doesn't fit him.
7) Castrovalva, rated last as it's been many years since I've watched the episode so I can't really judge it.

Yeah, Twin isn't so bad. One of my favourite Colin stories.
