Season 26 to be released in Standard Edition blu ray!

Many people have probably bought this already, but I sold my copy when I fell out of love with the show early last year and have regretted it ever since. Thankfully I've now got the chance to buy it back again. It's odd because I was thinking about when this season might be released again on Blu ray in the shower earlier on. That means I've only got to wait for Season 25 to complete the McCoy era on Blu ray!
Hopefully that gets released next year although I reckon we'll get Season 21 and 22 first.

Looking forward to picking this up. I've never actually seen the VHS versions of Battlefield or Fenric so I'll be watching those first. It's a visually entertaining seasons with lots of location filming and green spaces. I hope they do a new extended version of Nemesis when they release Season 25 and include the VHS version of that too (which I believe is on dailymotion). I can see them doing an extended version of The Happiness Patrol too as a lot of stuff was left on the cutting room floor. The bit when Ace says "can you smell something Professor?" in Part One is followed by a trip to the Candy Kitchen in the novel. In the TV version, it goes straight to the bullet riddled bench.

VHS Fenric SE is the best one IMO.

I've never seen it, although I own the soundtrack which includes music from that version of Fenric. I don't mind the 2003 DVD version as much as you. I saw it before the televised version and enjoyed it a lot. I still prefer the TV version though because it's faster paced.

Season 14 is the next season to be released in standard edition. Somehow I don't think I'll be buying that one...
