Okay back for one post as I know I'm not too popular here so I won't post again, but I'm sorry I couldn't resist after seeing someone else share these caps. Mr TARDIS is now being smeared as a pedo by Graham Linehan. Now you know me, I despise Graham Linehan. I think he's an awful, tribal, closed minded, bigot who has done about 100 times more harm than good. I was hating him before it was cool during the Count Dankula fiasco. However here I can't deny that it's satisfying see Mr Tardis get a taste of his own medicine. Basically Mr Tardis tried his usual smear tactic against Glinner, completely unaware that unlike the other people Mr Tardis has slandered, Glinner is exactly like him. As much as I may dislike the politics of someone like Sargon of Akkad, underneath it all Sargon is not a bad person. He won't smear someone as a pedo. He might make disgusting, nasty, bullying remarks to people when he is caught up in his tribe like Jess Philips, but he does have a sense of decency to the point where he won't actively try and ruin someone's life by spreading false rumours that could damage them in the real world. Therefore Sargon isn't going to hit back with "you're a pedo" he's going to ask Shilbee to clarify his comments and smugly use Mr Tardis as an example of how people can't debate him on his points. Others like Clarkson meanwhile don't even know Mr Tardis exists LOL so he got away with it there. Glinner however? He is like I said a nasty piece of work who has tried to smear Russell T Davies as a "sweaty groomer", he's gone on about how David Tennant, Sylvester McCoy and even Paloma Faith are all perverts who want to see children mutilated etc, so when Mr Tardis tried his usual tactic against Glinner.  Glinner fired back with this.  And Mr Tardis was NOT happy with it. In fact he's talking to his lawyers.  Yeah sorry Shilbee you don't have a leg to stand on as not only did you imply that first about Glinner, but here you are accusing a man of sexual assault on a child, because he said he fancied Victoria who was played by a 20 something actress (but because a piece of spin off material written in the 90s said the character was 15 that means he's a pedo?)  He is the classic bully who can dish it out, but can't take it. Also check out his disgusting little "I WANT TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER" remarks about James Dreyfus.  What a disgusting little creep. By the way the fact that this non binary lead had 0 problems with Dreyfus clearly shows he isn't a danger to trans people doesn't it! Again though it does just get me bitter about the Gina Carano thing as why has she been blacklisted more than anyone? James Dreyfus still gets work in a big mainstream series like this and whilst he's clearly not a danger to trans people, he did get involved in the whole trans debate which she never did. Hers was one comment 3 years ago, and has never mentioned trans people since, yet she will never work again? Makes me bitter as f*ck. Of course Mr Tardis supported that too. I wouldn't expect him to be a fan of a genuinely strong woman like Gina. Remember Shilbee used 50 Shades of Grey as an example of a female led thing he'd watched. |

I just feel my posts were maybe a bit full on for the laid back discussion here. I've been a bit low the last few nights though. I admit I missed my medication. I ran out a lot quicker than I thought I did and as it was the weekend I couldn't get a new batch until today so that ended up being 5 days without any pills. I'm not saying going for a few nights without fluoxotine will make me crazy, but I think that when it becomes a crutch if you miss it then it can make you more anxious. |

For a while that was worrying, but thankfully that "backlash" as it were didn't pick up any momentum. Still that's only because I'm obscure and I doubt Sophie even knows who Gina Carano is LOL. Imagine being her and getting some mad rambling post from someone you don't know demanding you not work with someone because of someone she hasn't heard of, but is spoken of like she was the founder of the KKK but then when she googles sees it is an MMA, b-movie actress. Quite a surreal experience haha.) Still if I had a big following that could have f*cked me as people like Mr Tardis would have picked up on it and it would have just become received wisdom that I was transphobic, and well as seen with how these redditor pricks react it wouldn't matter how I defended myself, I'd be deemed guilty and that would be it. I could marry a f*cking trans woman and still be deemed transphobic that way. That's what Mr Tardis and his ilk do all the time to actors, creators, writers, etc. In this very thread there's a cap of him telling Big Finish not to ever hire Trevor Baxendale again because he is transphobic.   I hope that Mr Tardis gets spanked in this lawsuit harder than a male character in a Gina Carano, Famke Janssen or Claire Stansfield movie or tv show. (Only I hope it isn't as enjoyable for him as those would be haha.) Just to be clear I am not throwing my lot in with James Dreyfus. I don't know much about him, but from the sounds of things whilst he's certainly not an abusive arsehole like Glinner or insufferably smug and stupid like JK Rowling. (Sorry Maxil I know you love her books, and that's fine. My favourite author Edgar Rice Burroughs was a gigantic racist. His views were even worse than hers. Still yeah when it comes to politics she's a moron at best.) Dreyfus does seem to have become too involved in the trans debate and things like GB News for me, so yeah I'm instinctively wary of him, and don't really have enough of an interest to see his full opinions so maybe he is downplaying some bigoted views he's expressed I don't know. Still he does not deserve to be blacklisted as again the amount of offensive or pig ignorant political shit other actors have expressed is far greater, and it's one thing to view him as maybe being a bit of a tribal gay boomer with some old fashioned ideas, it's another to say he is someone who would actively do harm to trans people like Mr Tardis does. That kind of jump where if someone is a bit ill informed or ignorant they are seen as the KKK needs to stop as it undermines the truly dangerous people, by creating a boy who cried wolf situation. |

I will say I will NOT be giving James Dreyfus any money for this, as honestly he should have the money for it himself, even for House of the Dragon never mind all the other things he has been in, Also in all honesty as much as I hate Shilbee I wouldn't want to contribute to his whole life being ripped apart.
