I always feel ashamed of it. I enjoy doing it, but I hate the horrible shame feeling I get shortly afterwards. I also think someone bad will happen to me if I continue to do it. Will I be forced to come back, will it make me less attractive to the opposite sex, will I be perpetually miserable etc. You're right, it is nothing and most people in the world do it. I sometimes feel uncomfortable expressing my sexuality for the reasons I mentioned. My OCD has made life hell for me. |
