On Her Majesty's Secret Service for me. Not that I'm an expert of 60s cinema mind you. I've only seen the Bond films, The Great Escape, The Odd Couple (not all the way through) and Bullitt. I do plan on watching Barbarella at some point for reasons I don't need to explain. As for OHMSS, it's a beautiful film really. It's ahead of its time and really showed a lot of progress in terms of filmmaking. I wish Lazenby had stayed on and done some of the early Seventies stuff. Moore should have started with Spy in my opinion.

Dr Strangelove: Or How I Learned to Stop Worrying And Love The Bomb (1964).
The 1960s was probably the best decade for cinema, so you've got an awful lot of films to choose from.
