In terms of how sexy she is in each story, I'd rank her appearances like this:
Varos (Leotards rule!)
Two Doctors (Very 80s and I love that thing she's wearing on her head)
Attack (It probably surprises most people that I actually prefer her red outfit in Part two compared to her pink leotard (which is also nice). Apparently people wearing red are considered more attractive.
Planet of Fire (no need to explain)
Twin Dilemma (Love the patterns of her outfit)
The Mysterious Planet (A different looking Peri. The longer hair suits her well )
The Mark of the Rani (often considered a bizarre clothing decision, but I rather like it and her hair is very pretty styled in that way)
Timelash/Revelation (She looks similar in both stories. I'm a big fan of her outfit too. I also feel women generally look better on videotape than they do on film but I'm not sure why that is)
Mindwarp (nothing wrong with this particular look. It's just a shame the lighting is sometimes too dark to really admire it probably)
Caves (She's made to look ill in most of it although an ill looking Peri is still hotter than 95% of other women)

I'm gonna go Planet of Fire (not counting the bikini scene, as it's too easy). The leotards are great, but too obviously designed to maximize her sex appeal. But the season 21 outfits look like something someone would actually wear whilst being hot as heck.
Season 23 outfits are meh.
