The Two Doctors is his best in my opinion. Sontarans, Jamie and 2, a Spanish setting, Colin and Peri at their best and Blake's 7 legend Jaqueline Pierce. I have fond memories of watching it ever since 2008 when I first saw it.

Hard to see. Revelation of The Daleks is probably his best story over all, but Vengeance and Attack have better roles for Colin in them.
