Sleepaway Camp II for me. I love how self referential it is and how it pokes fun at itself for being so over the top and ridiculous. The killer quips after every killing and I honestly like the 80s summer camp vibe. It's the pinnacle of direct to VHS slasher movies and miles better than the other films in the series. I also thought Slaughter High with Caroline Munro was pretty solid even though that film is tough to get on DVD now. Still, I find it charming that they tried to pass off a bunch of british actors as Americans.

I'm going to go out the box and say Eaten Alive. This is not a good film per-say but you don't come across ones like it everyday. It's like insanity in film form. Think Texas Chainsaw Massacre but hyped out of it's mind on cocaine. Almost every character in the film appears to be at least somewhat unhinged at best and Neville Brand gives a great performance as psychotic hotel owner with a crocodile acting as waste disposal and head of the complaints department.
