One of the last real stand-out character actors in Classic Who. Should have been in more.
Not every day you get to be a companion to both The Doctor and The Master in the same story.

Agreed.
He was memorable in comedies like Get Some In as well as appearing in series like The Sweeney. Also remember him in the cult 1971 gangster fllm Villain playing alongside Richard Burton and Ian McShane, written by Dick Clement and Ian La Frenais, it showcased how adept Selby was at portraying blackly comic menace.
