Remembrance of the Daleks The Curse of Fenric Earthshock City of Death The Five Doctors
I showed my sister the two McCoy stories and she enjoyed them both. I also showed her the movie which she thought was better than those stories (I know) although I wouldn't show others the movie. It's not really representative of the classic series, is it? The ones I've listed are very easy to get into and fast paced enough for modern audiences to appreciate.

I remember showing Tomb and Spearhead to my nephew round 2006/7 (who was a massive fan of Tennant's era) and after that, he soon agreed that it were better and felt that the 60s Cybermen were far scarier and creepy compared to the Cybusmen.
Soon after, I lent him my copies of Robots Of Death, Remembrance and The first Dalek episode and he was an instant fan of Hartnell and McCoy although funnily enough he took time warming to Tom.

At the height of Matt Smith's tenure, I showed 'Pyramids Of Mars'to my sister and niece. Sister loved Tom Baker but simply couldn't believe how (relatively) quiet it all was, and how much the serial resembled a stage play.

I wouldn't bother unless they have some experience of and interest in classic TV. Otherwise I would imagine it to be an excrutiating experience, like trying to teach rocket science to a Hooters waitress.
