If you were showrunner would you introduce a brand new character or alien race, bring back the Daleks or another popular villain or delve into the past for a foe that hasn't been explored as much? My option would always be Fenric. I have visions of a story set on a sea world in which a vast, abandoned religious temple on land is under the study of a group of archaeologists who want to know what the ancient writing on the walls say and also what happened to the residents of the temple some hundred years before. In revealing the secrets of the ancient writing, an object that has been holding the essence of evil (Fenric) reveals itself, unlocked by the translated words. Haemovores (the bodies of the dead temple dwellers) rise from the sea and begin devouring the nearby city of Callipsous while Fenric vows his revenge of the Doctor (played by an actor better than Gatwa) after defeating him in The Curse of Fenric. It's a bit empty at the moment, but I'd love to turn it into a multi layered adventure which draws upon Season 26 and also the BBC 7th Doctor book range.

Sounds like a brilliant idea. Can you please write that for my alternate sequel series?

I'd have the Nupoo docs erased from history and start again after Survival.

I'd have the Nupoo docs erased from history and start again after Survival. Is your big bad the Rusoffnall, a three headed monstrosity that trapped the Doctor in a freaky alternate dimension where no laws apply and they can torture him by turning him into anything they want no matter how ridiculous and far fetched?

It depends on the context of the season finale.
If this is a season where I'm trying to win a new audience, I'd probably go for either the Daleks or something entirely original.
If it's a season where I'm more comfortable, I'd bring back John Simm as the Master. I think he could easily do it for another few years, and given his enthusiasm in 2017, he might actually go for it too.

Sounds like a brilliant idea. Can you please write that for my alternate sequel series? It isn't fully formed at the moment. It would be interesting to work on it, however.
