Mr Gazpaaaaaaaachooooooooo. It's the only viable answer in my eyes. Don't get me wrong, Lister, Cat, Holly and Kryten are all great characters, but Rimmer is just on another level in terms of his complexity and comedy potential. Like 75% of the drama on this show is caused by him. There's an entire chapter of the first novel that's purely just Rimmer thinking about how much he hates Lister's snoring. Nobody else could pull that off. |
