Had to laugh at Magicians Arseprentice/The Bitches Familliar being number 5. Apparently the Daleks being defeated by their own turds by Steven Moffat's Mary Poppins is a more intelligent script than Masterplan, Evil and all the other 60s classics.
And whilst I generally like the Eccleston Dalek episodes, Bad Wolf aside. Having them at number 1 is an pisstake.

As stated elsewhere, they’re old and in monochrome, and therefore not as good. Missy fondling the Daleks, the Doctor turning into an embarrassing guitarist, Davros opening his eyes with mawkish music lain amidst the sequence, faeces being the bane of the Daleks, and Daleks secretly saying “I love you” when shouting “Exterminate”...exactly what we needed the whole time. A coup for the show, you could say. Who the f.uck needs Kevin Stoney or the pioneering claustrophobia of Tristram Cary’s music? |
