Series 2 third from last. Ncuti's rubbish at number nine. Series 5 top.

I'm not sure how I'd rank them nowadays. Obviously 3 is way up at the top for me. I guess Series 1 would be second purely for those last three episodes (Boom Town is the only NuWho episode with "boom" in the title that's worth a crap). After that it's a bit more difficult.

Well at least they got one thing right, in a broken clock sort of a way.

Not the worst ranking I've ever seen, but no Whittaker/Gatwa series should be ahead of any pre-2018 series - not even Series 2, 8 or 9.

Series 1 is the best. Then series 5, series 4, series 3.
Then there's a big dip in quality.
Series 7, then series 2, then series 10.
Another big dip in quality.
Series 8, then series 9, then series 6.
And then you have the Whittaker/Gatwa years, which I don't give two f*cks about.

There are 7 good seasons of New Who, the first 7. I really couldn't give a shit how they are ranked after that except for 10 being better than the others. You can pick out canon, lore, show destroying, badly written, pretentious horse shit from any season bar 10 after that to justify it as the worst.
Do Missy and Cyber Brig make 8 the worst? Do the hybrid and Gallifrey's return being botched make 9 the worst? Does Jodie make 11 the worst? Timeless Children make 12 the worst? Ncuti and his shit make 13 the worst? Even 10 has got sexual braggard Hartnell.
Meanwhile out of the 7 seasons that are actually good.
5 3 4 7 6 1 2

aside from admiring Moff trying to do an arc based on something other than the regular villains, there's nothing to celebrate about series 6. The good episodes are a handful. The only great episode is Girl Who Waited. The finale is dogshit. I don't like River being in it so much, I don't give a f*ck about the Silence or whatever convoluted scheme they had. I *hate* the tick tock song with a passion. It's pretentious and irritating.
It has A Good Man Goes to War/Let's Kill Hitler, two episodes that are epically horrid and even made me think less of Matt Smith. His 'Colonel Runaway' speech was so cringeworthy. Who would find that intimidating?

Not sure I could rank them as seasons. NuWho is such hotchpotch of crap, with the very occasional reasonable story here and there. I can probably think of half a dozen Jodie stories that I'd willingly choose over Tennant's worst half a dozen though. But not Nc*nti. Not even one story.

I can't really rank anything from the Moffat era. RTD's Who always felt like "proper" NuWho to me compared to what came after. I suppose it's because I grew up with that era and I was obsessed with the series at that particular time. I really lost my love for the new show with Series 6. I can remember where I was and what I was thinking when Doomsday and Journey's End aired. I can remember f*ck all about my experience watching Wedding other than I thought it was crap.

S6 was more or less my initial drop out point with NuWho. Although technically I managed the first couple of eps of S7, it was S6 that has already damaged what was left of goodwill. It wasn't until after Jodie's second season that I foolishy decided to watch everything that I'd missed.😆 In S6 i liked The Girl Who Waited at the time, but I've watched it again. In fact I've never watched anything more than once after S5.

"Cool is not cool!" was probably one of the best aspects of Smith's Doctor

More than half of the series is connected by the overall arc. At least with Series 2 you can shove The Impossible Planet on and not have to remember what happened in anything else.
