That is a bad sign, but honestly Corbyn is better than Galloway and it still represents a start for the proper left now. Thank f*ck for that. I agree that Corbyn keeping his seat is great news- and a centrist/right-wing piss boiler- but I can’t see any organised left movement stemming from this result. Corbyn is on the verge of retirement and he didn’t want to leave Labour in the first place- he was pushed away. He’s got no interest in forming a new movement. Wes Streeting and Jess Philips are still there- the former means that Labour’s pro-NHS-privatisation agenda will go unchecked. Incidentally, to those who think Farage is anti-establishment: The wanker described Liz Truss’ budget as “The first true Conservative budget since 1986”. The guy’s a Thatcherite twat. Whether he incenses certain small-L Liberals is incidental to his policy platform being a miserable mix of hardline Thatcherism and debasing scapegoating and flag-shagging, designed to appeal to the lowest common denominator. Corbyn is on the brink of retirement, but the fact that he is still desperate to be part of the government shows he hasn't given up completely. I hope that his victory shows that the working class in England aren't completely consumed with flag shagging, chest thumping patriotism as you might think. It does annoy me when I see so many critics of RTD and SJWs online latch onto Farage. Again because I'm not a Disney fan haha, I haven't disowned them as friends, but I really do wish they and others would not let their hatred of the woke crowd turn them to an absolute fraud like this arsehole. The very idea he has the working class back more than Corbyn is ridiculous. Also maybe it was better that the SNP got a kicking now. Whilst I do ultimately support an independent Scotland, the SNP have sadly been a joke the last few years. The named person, the anti hate speech laws, the guy complaining about how the Scottish government is too white, the Draconian anti booze and smoking laws (yeah real good way to get the Scottish working class on your side LOL.) Nicola Sturgeon was an absolute disaster. She was effectively Kathleen Kennedy to Salmond's Lucas, the one everybody thought would be good, but who was just a disaster and f*cked it. SNP getting an absolute kicking now means they might have to put their eye back on the ball before the Scottish election. To be honest I had to hold my nose when voting for them this time because of all their shit.

So for Kemi Badenoch to misuse her ethnicity in this way is a typically transparent diversionary tactic of misrepresentation. And fancy that- she's now Leader of the Conservative Party and Leader of the Opposition! Mind you, given her recent pigheaded and f uckwitted attacks on maternity pay and autistic people, it sounds like all she's got in mind is to try to out-Farage Farage. Good luck with that. Still, a recent BMG Research Poll places the Tories 1 percentage point ahead of Labour. Starmer's charisma-free synthesis of personal ineptitude, "free gear" sleaziness and embarrassing establishment subservience might just give her a head start. And, of course, Starmer has described her election as a "proud" moment for the UK purely because she's black. Is he capable of getting anything right?

I thought we were all supposed to be 'colour blind' now? Starmer's just 'blind', full stop.

Anyone struggling to spell Kemi's name correctly, just think: BAD ENOCH. Perhaps- as with Starmer’s Labour- she deserves her own thread?
