Both good stories, but Seeds edges it.
Season 13 is the high point of the entire classic series for me personally.
Whats all this blasphemy about Planet of Evil, Android Invasion and Brain of Morbius?
All 3 of those stories would probably top a seasonal poll during Davisons era.

I don't get the hate for Morbius (peak Tom Baker for me), but Android Invasion is a little clunky and Planet of Evil is only notable for the set design/atmosphere

Okay the Brig is missing and the Guy Crayford/eyepatch reveal is a bit daft, but Tom Baker kicks arse in it and there is excellent intrigue around episode 1 and some fantastic cliffhangers too. Planet of Evil is also notable for the gruesome corpses the Planet leaves behind and the (what was at the time), terrifying sound the antimatter monster makes each time it's presence approaches. It has some kick ass acting from cast all round too.

I rather like Planet of Evil, but Android is just dull and Morbius is really, really cheap and pantomine (particularly Sladen's performance). The Sisterhood also get right on my tits.

Objectively Seeds is the best, alongside Pyramids. But personal favouritism comes into play, and Brain of Morbius is top tier for me.
Pyramids of Mars Brain of Morbius Seeds of Doom Terror of the Zygons
All Classics.
And then:
Android Invasion Planet of Evil
Android Invasion has gone up a bit after my last viewing, but I still find Planet of Evil a bit on the dull side. But the top 4, make this my favourite Tom Baker season of all, despite Genesis being my favourite story of all time.
Similar story with S12 in that a couple my personal favourites aren't objectively the best. Recent-ish rewatches have bumped up Revenge of the Cybermen, and I've always loved Robot, even though they're not true classics. Whilst The Sontaran Experiment just feels like filler, even though there's not too much wrong with it.
Genesis of the Daleks Ark in Space Robot Revenge of the Cybermen The Sontaran Experiment
I talked about 14 earlier in the thread, but whilst I'm in the mood for rankings....
Robots of Death Talons of Weng Chiang Deadly Assassin Face of Evil Hand of Fear Masque of Mandragora

I love tony Beckley's very eccentric mysterious Harrison Chase and his acting as the krynoid controlled Chase is exemplary.

Zygons is my third favourite Hinchcliffe story nowadays. Shape shifting aliens, a foggy village in Scotland (which isn't really Scotland but who cares?) UNIT, Camfield's direction, the evocative score and the regulars all at their best. It came 14th in the DWM poll in 2014 for a reason. The Zygons are such an incredible race of villains. I thought they were utterly wasted in Day of the Doctor.

The redesign was cartoony. It's always the way with New Who.
