I imagine in reality it'll be a small cameo role or a flashback

I reckon it'll be a full episode of Sean dressed like his dad, slapping loads of girls in mini skirts on the arse (with lots of upskirt knicker shots) to Benny Hill music whilst engaging in casual racism with the Brig, Benton and Yates and them all guffawing loudly for 40 minutes over how awful Johnny Foreigner is, up until the very last 5 minutes wherby Gatwa lands the TARDIS there to remind us all how dreadful things were and how lucky we now are to live in a more progressive and tolerant world to plinky plonk music.
End titles.

He'll probably be out in the Channel on his hovercraft stabbing pins in the side of dinghies

“Come along, Jo! I’ve got no time for these scrounging migrants taking jobs from dignified hard-working Brits!
Incidentally, after I’ve reversed the polarity of the Neutron Flow, I advise that you avoid that lefty-looney Clifford Jones like the plague and tell him to sod off. I’m not having such rabble take you for granted. You’re mine!”

End titles. You jest, but that is basically what Moffat did to Hartnell's Doctor.

I think the worst thing Moffat did to 1 was make him relentlessly grumpy and cantankerous. That really wasn't his character at all except in the first few stories. He was exceptionally warm and kind.

My introduction to classic Who was Wife in Space, and Sue Perryman's loathing of Pertwee as the one with the really long serials and bad attitude stuck with me for a while. They were watching McCoy and still going on about how Pertwee nicked Jo's sandwiches in The Sea Devils lol.
Not that I ever disliked Pertwee, but it was very easy to dump on him for the meme.

God I hated that blog. Neil was the ultimate self loathing fanboy. Meanwhile Pertwee is my favourite, but it's funny he's never been too popular among the ladies. I talked this over with Claudia in a stream and she agreed that the most popular classic era Doctor among women without doubt is the second Doctor. (He's also her favorite too.) Neither of us were quite sure why that is, but honestly every female classic fan I've known without exception has said Troughton is their favourite. Even a lot of the actresses, I believe Sophie Aldred said he was her favourite too. (After Sylv of course LOL.) It might be the Tory Doctor label that sticks with Pertwee? Or maybe it's because he is more domineering and bossy than say Troughton. I remember Claudia saying to me that whilst she likes Pertwee, she thinks that his Doctor wouldn't have time for her LOL, not because she's a girl, but because he wouldn't trust someone so young to do their job properly unless they were like a genius scientist like Liz or strong enough to tell him to f*ck off like Sarah and he would probably make her cry LOL. I can see lots of fangirls seeing him like that, whilst lots of us fanboys instead thinking that we are Jon Pertwee because we'd think we're so much smarter than everybody else hahaha. Troughton in contrast came over as a fun uncle who had time for everyone. Still personally I liked Pertwee's no nonsense authority in the role. I don't think he was quite as strict as people say, I mean he certainly was more rigid in what he wanted from his companions than say Troughton or Hartnell, which again is why other people maybe see him as establishment, but I think underneath it all like all the classic era Doctors he had the same sense of he's actually quite fun when you get to know him. He's my favourite meanwhile because I think he embodied the Doctors intelligence the best through his seriousness.

Yeah, Neil put me off those. After what I went through on the Xena board today, Neil seems like the greatest guy in the universe to me now LOL. f*cking fandoms. I'm just going to refer to official fandoms as gathering of c*nts from now on, as that's what most official fandoms are to me. Doctor Who's gathering of c*nts meanwhile is still probably the overall worst, but yeah others even of older shows are pretty bad.

I'd hate to go to the cinema at that time of night. It's in the middle of town so even if I did go I'd have to walk about ten minutes at one in the morning to get a bus. If I did get mugged or stabbed on the way home I would hold RTD and Gatwa personally responsible.
In all seriousness, I'd probably die of pure embarrassment walking into the screening. What if people saw me? I'd also be embarrassed for the one or two other people that also came.
