For me it's:
2007-Specials 1963-1980 2005 1980 2014/Peter Capaldi 2010/Matt Smith 1 1987/Sylvester McCoy 2012/Matt Smith 2 2023/Specials-Ncuti Gatwa 2018/Jodie Whittaker

Not specific enough for me. My favourite is the Pertwee one that starts on the echo/stutter, and has the twinkly bits that came in with late Troughton, and finishes with the copy and paste repeat/fade. The only thing that changed from 1974 to 1980 was the stutter start changing to a clear definite start without the echo. Then the original Hartnell to early Troughton theme. The Howell theme The McCoy theme. The rest don't really stand out for me. Can't even remember the NuWho ones after the first one, but I never liked the added strings. The rest are too reliant on drums from what I recall. Was never a fan of Adam and the Ants. lol

1963-80 is the same theme with minor modifications, it might as well be grouped into one.
I never really cared for the 80s theme, but it is okay compared to some of the bilge we got later on
McCoy theme is awful imo
The Eccleston/Tennant themes are short on mystique but make up for it in pure oomph, though it needed some teasing before we got the excellent 2007 theme
Both Smith themes and the Capaldi theme tried too hard to reinvent the wheel and mostly fell on their faces. The E-G-A#-B figure in the Smith ones does nothing for me, it just sounds goofy as hell. The Capaldi one sounds like a screaming cat but is generally better
The Jodie theme is the worst because it has such a distinct lack of both mystique and oomph, the drums sound like someone hitting a sheet of plastic with a woollen mallet
Again, the Ncuti theme sounds frivolous and lacks power, I don't like the piano at all, way overcomposed

1. 1986 - I just like the funky sound of it. It's really endearing. 2. 1980-1985 - The electronic thrum is satisfying to my ears. 3. 2007-2010 - It's a lot of fun to listen to. 4. 1963-1967 - The classic. 5. 2005-2006 - Perfectly fine modernisation of the original music. 6. 2018-2022 - Also a fine modernisation, but I'm not as nostalgic for it. 7. 1967-1980 - It's alright, I just don't care for the tinkly sound. 8. 1987-1989 - A little overdone. 9. 1996 - Not a fan of the orchestra. This wouldn't be a theme I'd listen to casually. 10. 2010-2013 - I don't get the point of the added 'mysterious' bit at the start. You know what I mean. It felt like a downgrade from the RTD-era themes. 11. 2014-2017 - Earrape. 12. 2023-present - The most boring version of the music.

The music they used in the Capaldi era is by far the worst.
My favourite one is the 1987 Keff McCulloch one followed by Peter Howell's 1980 version. Dominic Glynn is a superb composer, but his version sounds really flat and rushed.

My favourite one is the 1987 Keff McCulloch one Of course it is lol. Funnily enough, Wikipedia says that his was slightly detuned due to dubbing errors. Maybe that's why it sounds flatter.
