A superior edit of The Devil’s Chord.

Lol they could have at least tried to make it look like Abbey Road That's what bothers me about the production being in Wales. Everything is so inauthentic.

It bothered me the most in The Lodger and Closing Time. I suppose if you don't live in Colchester it doesn't really matter, but to me I can't buy it because it looks so unlike the actual place. I would have accepted some establishing shots at least. I don't know why the Cybermen couldn't have operated under the castle instead of some department store that doesn't exist. In the end you could have set these episodes anywhere in the country.

Cybermen under Colchester Castle... hmm, I'm calling dibs on that idea actually.

It's a really good point and I'd never considered it much before. It's painfully apparent that the episodes set in London in particular are not in London. It was at its worst with Chibnall's globetrotting where they pretended to be in Syria or Hong Kong or Russia on these poxy little soundstages and the odd Cardiff backlot. It just comes across as supremely lazy. If you're gonna film somewhere, go there and film.
