Strange thing about Chibnall is that he wrote a couple of eps of Life On Mars and they were perfectly alright.
But when it comes to DW, well...... we all know how that turned out. And Torchwood too. The LoM eps were the first things he wrote too, which is odd. After that he seemed to turned to shit.
I gave Broadchurch a go, and it seemed ok for what it was, but didn't grab me enough to keep watching it.

Chibs is perfectly decent as a workman writer. I didn't mind his episodes during the RTD and Moffat eras at all. He's the modern equivalent of Bob Baker and Dave Martin. Never meant to be in charge, but a reliably okay writer who gets his stuff done on time.

The Titlurian one and Dinosaurs on a Spaceship are the only ones I can remember. But not in a good way. lol
