They don't all die. Truly devastating.

RTD intending to explore the timeless child story more next year
Also, the series only has a two-season pick up

"Queer" people need to get f*cking lost. No one wants to hear it.

WOW, they should reserve this obvious dick-sucking for p*rnhub. They're very good at it! Love the "hater" comment. It's like being back at school. Surprised he didn't say, "you're just jelly (jealous)." There's a difference between people being racist and people realizing that you're not particularly good at your job.

I'm really tired of people obsessing over what their identities are. Having "queer energy" has no relevance to the show. Whether the Doctor likes men or women or both or neither is not relevant either. It shouldn't even be in the conversation. You can make it subtext if you want to, but I'd like some more focus on the actual storylines.

They do not understand the art of subtlety whatsoever.

Ncuti: "I feel like anyone that has a problem with someone who’s not a straight white man playing this character, you’re not really, truly a fan of the show. You’ve not been watching! Because the show is about regeneration, and the Doctor is an alien — why would they only choose to be this sort of person?” Davies echoes that logic: “They weren’t exactly the straightest men in the past. “It’s very hard for anyone to stop me doing these things,” he continues. “You’d have to be a pretty brave executive to say, ‘Don’t go there’ to me. I’m sure there are people thinking that, but I wouldn’t work with them, would I?”

You know in all honesty I think your average fan could do a better job with a female or a gay Doctor than the Fitzroy Crowd could.
The Fitzroy Crowd are not forward thinking people. They are upper middle class guys who have the most limited, old fashioned views on women and minorities, hence why when it came time to awkwardly crowbarr them into characters like the Doctor and the Master they made them the worst stereotypes imaginable.
Their female Master can't want to take over the universe, or hate the Doctor or be as evil any more. She has to want to be with her fella, and get angry at any cute girl that looks at her man like Clara and Osgood and has to turn good, because women are such gentle, cute, delicate little creatures who only care about finding mr right. Seriously, Moffat's own words.
There’s this issue you’re not allowed to discuss: that women are needy. Men can go for longer, more happily, without women. That’s the truth. We don’t, as little boys, play at being married – we try to avoid it for as long as possible. Meanwhile women are out there hunting for husbands.
Meanwhile similarly RTD makes out that gay people have to be upbeat, bubbly, quirky people, sounding like Cathy from Two Doors Down in the process.
You’re talking about someone who does have a lightness and a joy about him that, to me, chimes with queer energy.
Again that quote makes me think of Cathy saying "they're gay of course their music's going to be loud!" Also her going insane at someone telling her politely to keep the music down and screaming "I have never been spoken to like that in my life." Is very RTD.
I reckon your average fan at least back in the day before RTD's influence if they cast a gay actor in the role it would have been someone like Patrick Cargill or Geoffrey Bayldon, two proper, serious, eccentric character actors, known for playing villains and oddballs. They'd have fitted in no problem with the straight actors who played the Doctor and shown people that gay actors don't need to be stereotyped and that homosexuality is normal, whilst similarly if someone else had to cast a female Master, back in the day they'd have probably just written a female Master, and not let their issues about upper middle class women playing at being married, or their jealous ex wife affect them.

Most of them are probably AI bots, to be fair. It's standard for Disney. They are. The guy who did this on twitter wants credit as it took so long, so it was MasteroftheTDS that did it.
