Hale & Pace The Complete Series (Seasons 1-10) (DVD) amzn.asia/d/h4fIDnCYes, I think another Australian studio re-released it a couple of years ago. I actually do own Series 5-10. Because the boxset was out of print at the time and there wasn't another alternate, I simply bought the remaining discs second hand from MusicMagpie, a very popular second hand store that sells both on Amazon and eBay. Incidentally, purchasing a set over £50 is very rare for me. I do sometimes have the money to treat myself, but I always get OCD about. What if the discs stop working? What if I need that extra money for something important? I end up not buying stuff because of it. And then some sets I'm just not willing to pay that much money for. I love Miami Vice, but I'm probably never going to get the £95 Blu ray set. I'm happy with the DVDs. I think the only exception will be the Season 25 Who set which I expect will be in the region of £45-£55. |

Just saw a video by Dave Rubin for the first time in about 7 years. God I HATE him so much.
I admit back in 2016 when I first discovered the anti SJW mob I used to watch his videos and he seemed like an okay type. Back then after seeing the neo liberal/SJW crap take over and destroy DW for the past few years and being abused for calling it out, it was so refreshing to see anyone else call this shit out. Sadly that blinded me to how awful those on the other side were for a few years, and made me a bit tribal to reasonable people like Claudia who might have seemed a bit SJWy back then.
Thankfully I came out the other end of it, but yeah Dave Rubin was one of the first ones that I turned against back in 2017. He is so f*cking tribal AND so desperate to run with what he thinks are the cool kids he would become a literal Nazi in another life. As he's trapped in the summer of 2016, (the few months he was even remotely relevant to a tiny group of sci fi fans like me who were pissed at first world problems,) he thinks the cool kids are the right complaining about college campuses. Funny he didn't comment on that woman being beaten up on a college campus by the police for criticising Israel recently did he?
What makes it even worse is the way he tries to claim that he's not right wing, but just a classical liberal. He uses his sexuality as a shield "how can I be far right if I'm gay" which ironically is just another form of identity politics. He'll have literal Nazis on his show like Stefan Molyneux, but because he agrees with him on something stupid like college campuses, or trans people being perverted men who want to rape all women, then he won't call out Molyneux's white supremacism. If he ever were to have a left wing person on however, he'd accuse them of being pro genocide because communism is worse than Nazism. Yet he would STILL try and present himself as just a fair, impartial, classical liberal.
Nazi McNaziface, (who has an audience among angry sci fi fans, who are unaware of how awful he is, as so far they've only watched a few Star Wars videos he's done) on the Dave Rubin show: You know there can never be a truly peaceful society if black people are a part of it. Their brains are just smaller than ours. That coupled with black people's greater strength and their higher than average sex drives make them a real danger to the women of other races. Not only will black people always disrupt a fair and advanced society, they will spread their genes via rape to Asiatic and white women, particularly the latter as white women's fair skin and blonde hair makes a refreshing change from their own women. If we want a thriving society then we must banish the black gene pool from it. Deportation back to umbongo bongo land is the only fair option, though if that doesn't work sterilisation or if need be gas chambers. It may sound heartless, but if we allow the black genes to weed out the superior white ones then the human race is doomed. We'll be back in the caves by the 22nd century.
Dave Ruben: Well I don't necessarily agree with that, but it's fantastic that we can talk about this in a fair and civil way on my show. We both believe in the market place of ideas unlike the left and that's what's more important.
Nazi McNaziface: Oh I also think it's absolutely revolting that two perverts like you and your husband are raising a child. That also needs to stop, as the bellcurve research I've done (that totally isn't biased or from some lunatic quack) shows that every single child raised by two gay people will become an evil, serial killer, trans, non binary, cannibal. Dave Rubin: I appreciate and respect your point of view. It's sweet that you care about my child and on that we can both find common ground.
